Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees you pay for XS Bookly paid plans. XS Bookly is operated by Xino Solutions. Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record.

This policy does not apply to payments your customers make through your booking widget (for example, service fees collected via Stripe). Those transactions are between you and your customers under your own policies.

Free plan

The free plan does not require payment. No refunds apply because no subscription charge is collected.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans (for example, Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refund eligibility

14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not materially violated our Terms of Service.

Renewals and subsequent charges

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion, or where required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email or contact Xino Solutions with the email address associated with your account and your reason for the request.
  2. Alternatively, if you purchased through Paddle, you may use the receipt or customer portal link provided by Paddle to manage your subscription or contact Paddle support.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your XS Bookly dashboard (where available) or through the Paddle customer portal linked on your receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period unless covered above.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
